Started chicks will be available for pickup on the date you select. You will receive an email reminder with your pickup details prior to the scheduled date.
All orders must be picked up by the end of the selected day—no exceptions. Orders not picked up by the end of the day will be considered abandoned and will not be held. Due to the perishable nature of the product, we cannot issue refunds for abandoned orders.
