The following terms and conditions must be accepted to order live poultry.

CHICK ORDERS are ready for pickup the date the order is placed. You will not receive a separate pick up email. Please head to our store during business hours to pick up your order after the order is placed. STARTED PULLET ORDERS are ready for pickup on the date selected on the order. You will receive an email with the pickup details a few days before pickup.

I understand theHealth Chick Guarantee.

To ensure your chick order is available, we ask that orders made Monday and Tuesday are picked up Tuesday by 6:00PM, orders made Wednesday and Thursday are picked up Thursday by 6:00PM, and orders made Friday and Saturday are picked up Saturday by 5:00PM. Chick orders will not be held past these dates. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be considered orders for the next business day.

I agree to familiarize myself with the live poultry care guidelines.

I agree to use a heat lamp for my chicks, NOT A HEAT PLATE!

Chicks at the store are sold as females unless specified as straight run. Roosters may be shipped if wanted. I understand that gender selection on sexed breeds averages 90% accuracy.

CANCELATION FEES: I understand that there will be a $5 fee for all cancelled orders to cover credit card processing fees, no exceptions!

I understand that there is no guarantee of mortality or morbidity once poultry leaves our store. Be sure to check your box of chicks before you leave.

I understand that on rare occasion, my full order may be unavailable due to human error even when picked up on the date the order is made.
